day and must be vacated by 11.00am on your departure day. We

Payments

To
secure booking a deposit must be paid of 25% of the total hire
price. This deposit is non refundable. |

75% balance must be paid 1 month prior to the arrival date. |

Cancellations
at 14 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged at 100%
of the rental cost . Cancellations between 1 month and 15 days
prior to arrival will incur charges of 50% of rental cost. |

will be made in Euros and transferred to the particular owners
account in Conil. Details supplied at time of booking. All bank
charges to be paid by the customer |

A
breakage deposit of 150 Euros must be paid on arrival. This will
be returned on departure when the keys are handed back, providing
there is no damage or items missing. |
