Tinto - Roof Terrace

 

The terrace covers almost 30sq meters and gives excellent views over the town and down to the beach stretching along to El Palmar. There is a triangular Koolaroo shade that offers some protection from the intense sun. This can be lowered in case of strong winds. There are 2 sun loungers and 2 high back chairs that have separate foot rests. There is also a wooden picnic table . Guests are asked to give the plants an occasional water. There is a hose with attachment on the roof. There is an outside light above the entrance door to the terrace. There are also some small solar lights behind the plants. The 2 air conditioning units are located on the roof. There is also a separate outdoor power point on the roof.

Tinto - Lounge Diner

 
The lounge dining area and kitchen are partially open plan with a part dividing wall between the kitchen and the living room area. There are two sofas and a coffee table. There is a separate small portable CD/Radio/Cassette player.
There is a 21" TV, DVD - CD player and a satellite system. This flat picks up both the main ASTRA satellites, giving most of the German stations plus programs from across Europe and North Africa. In addition there is a larger dish collecting Free To Air UK stations, this includes BBC and ITV plus many of the newer digital programs.

Tinto - Main Bedroom The bedroom has a 'Queen' size bed. 150cm wide x 190cm long. There are 2 bedside tables with draws. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe, with hanging rail to one side and shelving on the other . There are cupboards above. There are full height glass sliding windows to one side. The windows have pull down shutters. There is a air conditioning unit above the door. There is also a full length mirror, ironing board and iron.

Tinto - Twin Bedroom The bedroom has two single beds, both 90cms wide. One bed is 180cms in length, the other 190cms in length. There are 2 bedside table with draws. There is a built in wardrobe, with a cupboard above. This provides both hanging space and a hanging shelving system. There is an air conditioning unit above the door.

Tinto - Bathroom A marble topped vanity unit gives plenty of space to keep your wash things. There is a electrical socket to the right of the unit. There is also a small cupboard. The bath has a fixed shower attachment. The water pressure is good in this part of town.

Tinto - Kitchen The well equipped kitchen is well suited to longer winter stays. There is a gas hob with an electric oven. There is a large fridge freezer. There is also a washing machine. The is a toaster, kettle, blender and a coffee filter jug. There are a good selection of pots and pans.
