Completed in early 2006. The apartment is located on the first floor of a block of 8 apartments in total. The block has two separate entrances each serving 2 ground floor and 2 first floor flats.

The apartment is different in layout from apartments Tinto and Fino. The kitchen is separate and there is an small entrance hall.
The sea can be glimpsed from both the bedrooms.

The apartment roof terrace is reached by walking up the stairs in the communal lobby . The roof terrace is situated directly above the apartment

Manza - Roof Terrace

   

The good size private roof terrace offers fantastic views over the old town and out to sea. The African coast and Atlas mountains are easily visible on a clear day. There is a wooden table on the terrace. You get to the roof terrace by going up the communal stairs where you will find the doors to each flast own terrace. The terrace is directly above the flat.

Manza - Entrance Hall and Lounge Diner           The entrance hall has a full length mirror, a series of coat hooks, ideal for leaving you beach umbrellas on ,and a framed map of the town. The well sized sitting room diner has two sets of windows overlooking the narrow entrance street to the front of the apartments. There is a 21" T.V. connected to a Free to Air satellite system that offers a wide variety of programs from Europe. English language channels are SKY 24hr News, BBC World News, The Travel Channel, CNN News & NBC News Europe. There are also hundreds of radio stations available. There is also a combined DVD/CD player. You can plug most iPod mp3 players into the back of this if you bring twin cables. In addition the apartment has a small portable Radio/CD/Cassette player.

Manza - Main Bedroom The main bedroom has a 190 x 150 double bed. The bedroom is airconditioned, the system also provides heating should it be needed in the winter. There are full length sliding french windows that lead onto the smallest of balconies, You can glimpse the sea from the windows. There is a large built in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. (The iPod and player in the photo are not included.

Manza - Twin Bedroom The twin bedroom comes with beds that measure 90cms x 190cms. There is an airconditioning unit that can also provide heating should it be required in the winter months. There is also a built in wardrobe with a storage cupboard above.

Manza - Kitchen The independent kitchen is well equipped with electric Oven and gas hob. There is a washing machine and fridge with freezer. There is also a toaster, blender and electric kettle.

Manza - Bathroom The bathroom has a full size bath with shower unit attached. There is good water pressure in this part of town.
