Completed in early 2006. The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of a block containing 8 apartments in total. Due to being a raised ground floor the apartment is not overlooked from the street. There are 4 steps in the entrance lobby up to the front door of the flat. The block has two separate entrances each serving 2 ground floor and 2 first floor flats.

The apartment has a pleasant patio situated off the main bedroom; this has some potted plants, a table and a couple of chairs.

The apartment roof terrace is reached by walking up the stairs in the communal lobby . The roof terrace is situated on the floor above apartment Tinto.

Remember apartment Tinto is situated directly above apartment Fino. The roof terraces are adjacent.

Fino - Roof Terrace

The terrace is about 10sq meters and gives good views over the old town and down to the beach leading to El Palmar. There is a wooden table on the terrace. This as a great spot to enjoy the night air drink a glass of wine.
Guests are asked to give the plants an occasional water. There is an outside light above the entrance door to the terrace. The 2 air-conditioning units are located on the roof. There is also a separate outdoor power point.

Fino - Lounge Diner

  
The lounge dining area and kitchen are partially open plan with a part-dividing wall between the kitchen and the living room area. There are two sofas and a coffee table.
There are a 21" TV, DVD - CD player and a satellite system. This flat picks up both the main ASTRA satellites, giving most of the German stations plus programs from across Europe and North Africa. In addition there is a larger dish collecting Free To Air UK stations, this includes BBC 1 plus many of the newer digital programs.

Fino - Main Bedroom The bedroom has a 'Queen' size bed. 150cm wide x 190cm long. There are 2 bedside tables with draws. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe, with a hanging rail to one side and shelving on the other. There are cupboards above. There are full height glass sliding windows to one side. The windows have pull down shutters. There is an air-conditioning unit above the door. There is also a full length mirror, ironing board and iron.

Fino - Twin Bedroom The bedroom has two single beds, both 90cms wide. One bed is 180cms in length, the other 190cms in length. There are 2 bedside tables with draws. There is a built in wardrobe, with a cupboard above. This provides both hanging space and a hanging shelving system. There is an air-conditioning unit above the door.

Fino - Bathroom A marble topped vanity unit gives plenty of space to put your wash things. There is a electrical socket to the right of the unit. There is also a small cupboard. The bath has a fixed shower attachment. The water pressure is good in this part of town.

Fino - Kitchen The well equipped kitchen is well suited to longer winter stays. There is a gas hob with an electric oven. There is a large fridge freezer. There is also a washing machine. Also a toaster, kettle, blender and a coffee filter jug. The kitchen has a good selection of pots and pans .

Fino - Patio Situated off the main bedroom, this pleasant patio has a table with 2 chairs. There are also a couple of large potted plants that guests are asked to keep watered
